The checklist: how an order works under these terms

  1. You browse and order. You do not need an account to browse or buy. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
  2. Payment is charged at order placement through Shopify's secure checkout (see the Payment Policy).
  3. Your confirmation email is a receipt, not an acceptance of your order.
  4. We accept your order when it ships — that is when the contract between us is formed.
  5. If we cannot fulfill part or all of your order (an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or an address cannot be delivered to), we email you, cancel the affected part, and refund you in full for anything we do not ship.

Products and descriptions

Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and care guidance are provided as accurately as we can. Some specification sections are headed "Specifications (proposed — verify with supplier)" — those specifications are our best current description of the product and should be verified against the product you receive. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right under the Returns & Refunds Policy or the Defect Cover. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Measuring guidance on this site is guidance, not a guarantee — always check a product's listed dimensions against your own measurements before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price shown on a product page is the price you pay for that item. Shipping is free on every order. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. If a price is clearly wrong — a typo, a system error, a price that no reasonable person would believe — we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping, and we will email you to explain. We will never charge you a higher price than the one shown at checkout without telling you first and giving you the chance to cancel.

Payment

Payment is charged at order placement through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number. See the Payment Policy for the full details.

Accounts and your details

You do not need an account to order. If you contact us, you are responsible for giving us accurate details — especially your shipping address and email. If a parcel goes astray because of an address you mistyped, tell us as soon as you notice; the Shipping Policy explains the 12-hour address-change window and what happens after a label is created.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it in ways that damage it, place fraudulent orders, abuse return or refund processes, or use the site to harm others. If we believe an order or message is fraudulent, we may cancel it, refuse service, and report it to the appropriate authorities.

Intellectual property

The text, images, guides, logos, and design on this site belong to Thrivet (or to their respective owners) and are protected by law. You may browse, print a page for your own use, and share a link. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Third-party links

The site links to third parties — carriers' tracking pages, payment providers. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement of everything that site says.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits your statutory rights — including the 30-day return window and the 60-day defect cover described in our other policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store, the law, or our policies change. Updates are posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects an order you have already placed, the terms in force when you placed that order apply to it.
